Workshops are a great way to become introduced to Functional Medicine Health Coaching, gain valuable information, share your experiences with others and become motivated to incorporate healthy living habits in your daily routine. I offer several workshops throughout the year or you can get a group together of 3 or more persons and I will provide a personalized workshop for your group.

  • 1-6 weekly sessions depending on the topic

  • Virtual (in-person can be arranged)

  • Presentation combined with group discussion

  • Email and text support throughout the duration of the workshop

  • Printable references and workbooks to go back to when you are finished

  • Private workshops - get your own group together and pick a topic
