Private Health Coaching

As your health coach I will help you make the life-style changes that you know you need to do in order to feel vibrant, energized and be free of nagging GI issues, headaches, muscle aches and unwanted weight gain. No one diet or one exercise program is right for everyone.

Not only will I give you the information you need to make the right choices, but I will also help you figure out how to incorporate those healthy choices into your lifestyle in a way that feels right for you. We will work together to develop goals that are realistic and sustainable, and then I will support you through the process of creating strategies to achieve those goals. Your changes will become healthy habits to last a lifetime.

Without judgment, I will be by your side guiding and encouraging you as you do the work to make gradual changes towards a healthier you. You will work-out because you love your body, not because you hate it. You will incorporate a plan to manage stress, get healthy sleep and avoid environmental toxins. And I will show you how to do all of this without feeling deprived or giving up your active and social lifestyle.

  • Private health coaching sessions are 45 mins - 1 hour

  • Sessions are virtual (in-person can be arranged)

  • I offer a 20 minute free phone consultation so you can decide if would like to give it a try

  • Introductory 3, session package - you will start with a 3 session introductory package so that we can get to know each other and can begin to pull the pieces apart that aren’t working and develop a plan to put them back together

  • Text or email support in between sessions
