How does it work?

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to anyone who is interested in exploring the idea of working with a health coach. 

 

If you decide to try it out, I ask that you commit to 3 sessions so that we can get to know each other and can begin to pull the pieces apart that aren’t working and develop a plan to put them back together. 

The initial session is 1 hour and the rest of the sessions are 45 minutes.
